Adobe Photoshop-Diagnol line pattern

Step 1-First you must create a 6x6px canvas with a transparent background.Once you have your document open and zoom in 1600%

Step 2-Now you have your canvas,select the color you would like your lines to be.Now select your pencil tool and set the size to 1px.Draw a diagonal line accross the canvas.

Step 3-Go to edit tab and click on the option define pattern.Name your pattern what ever you like and click ok.

Step 4-Now your image is ready.Create an image any size and fill it with a lighter color to your pattern.Now right click on your layer and go to blending options,Click on pattern overlay and select your pattern.
