Ok here is how to do it.
Press prt scr it is the button that is above insert that is above the left arrow key.
Now open Ms paint.Press Ctrl and then v(you should be holding Ctrl while pressing v).The image should appear on the thing.Now press file in the top left corner,and press save as.Now in the top thing it should say untitled,there you put the name of choice.
Now under the name thingie it should say Save as type: now click the scroll thing and press PNG at the bottom of the list.Press save and you're done.Now upload it on the forum and done.
Got it?
