It makes a picture that tells you your IP, assuming you have a "background.png"

I have left CPHQ forever.

I will VERY occaisionally be on #iamthewalrus. Don't count on it.

If you don't have a file called background.png it won't work.

I have left CPHQ forever.

You can't make a ban checker unless you have the penguin's password. It's a bit pointless, not?
