paypal is free they make money from you putting money in and out of your bank account but u will not be needing to do it.

also why do u people have a credit card in the uk we cant get them untill we are 17. i am stuck with a solo debit card which no usa company's accept.

I'm not sure why it doesn't work, I think because I have to have it tied to a bank account which I don't.

Well, you probably have to have a credit card to set up a Pay Pal Account. I don't think you have to pay, just use the credit card.
