Stop flaming new users

Each day, we have new users. When they get here, they (OOPS) forget to read the rules. They may do a few no-no topics. They may double post. They may post as a guest. They may post in the wrong section. Some people may, you know, flame these few users for making a mistake. Like Adam said, NO FLAMING USERS, OR SWEARING IN A FLAME! When new users introduce themselves in the wrong forum, do you see Fire saying "back off you nubb", or Adam saying "What the heck are you doing here, you're not cphq material!". NEVER in a million years would they ever say that. Same thing with us. Adam, this is my REAL suggestion: You should ban people who flame new users for the ENTIRE month!!!!! Im not being bossy. That is just my suggestion.

I dont see anything wrong with flaming. But it is true that sometimes the mods do it, and nothing is done about it.
