Adam, I've come to the point where I would love you to stay and be an admin, but I think you should be a Global Mod. Because like i've said, first, we need to have less admins, and second, your the best moderator I've seen on this forum.

But if you are going to be selfish enough to not even accept a job thats just one step down, I show you the door.
