Sargent Ban (mod Penguin?)

i was doing walking on walls botting
and i got kicked. so on my watching penguin (i have another in the same room to see if the messages are server side) i stared to look at the room list
and i found Sargent Ban which just looks too much like a mod penguin

I've seen people like this before. Some people go and walk on walls and then some random penguin with the name of "BanBot" or something like that walks up and says User Banned. I always thought they were fake, but I guess not :?
