Hmm My Other Penguin is Banned for 24 Ours for Wall Walking. I dont Know Who is The Guy. But one Penguin Named Example123 said that You Will Banned in two Minutes so i don't Care about it and When Two Minute Finish i am kicked! :o

Okay, this might sound stupid, but I am almost 100% sure that Example123 is Billybob's other penguin. If your wondering why Billybob would have a penguin like this, I think it's so he can say what he wants without having to be over kind like he would if he was on his real penguin. If you are hacking, I would stay away from Example123.

I think Example123 is not Billybob, because he didn't ban me, when I did the rainbow puffle hack... He just told me, stop using program... If he is Billybob, then why didn't he ban me?

Maybe he wanted to give you a chance to stop before you got banned. If he went ahead and banned you it would seem suspicious.
