Swearing

I've seen a LOT of swearing lately, and I'm noticing that it provokes a LOT of flaming. I just want to clear some things up here. You are allowed to swear here, but keep it simple. We have younger users here, and if they see that, they're going to leave. I don't mind if you swear every now and then, but some of you swear in every post! Do you think it makes you look mature or something? If you do, you have another thing coming. Now, I'm going to add to my flaming post. If you flame, it's a week ban, but if you use a swear word in your flame, then it's a month ban. Some of you are going to hate that, and some of you may like it. I don't care, if you don't like it, leave. It needs to be done, or at least until all of this flaming cools off. The more I see users swearing, the more I want to add the No Swearing rule. Everything was fine until we mentioned that it was ok to swear.

Finally,One request. Check the Dates on Flame post now If its before August 13 Don't ban them for a month. I am very glad you posted this now a few certain people will stop with the flaming.

I think swearing should be used to put emphasis on things. Like for example, I think we should be able to say,"That was fucking hilarious!" or like what I said when I first went to Chicago during february. "It was fucking cold." Swearing just shouldn't be aloud to call someone something. Like calling someone a Fucker or a Bitch shouldn't be aloud. Thats my opinion. ;)

i agree with stormy 888! i barley ever swear! hey adam you took my suggestion! i said something about swearing in the flaming fourm, then you made this! thank you adam! thank you! i hope that cuts down swearing!!! i have seen a lot of swearing and i get offended from it. (well even if its not about me!) you should take swearing off because people like me get offended ! and think of the little people, if they see a swear word on here, there gonna ask their parents what it means, and then they'll say i saw it on CPHQ! and their parents will block CPHQ from their computer and we will lose people! i want to break that record of 98 people on line, lets get to 100!!

Actually, we've been planning it for a while in the S.D.! So I don't think he did! Why am I putting exclamation points after everything I say! Help!
