New members...Ruin M&C?

Well just looking through the First page I can already see that about 6 of the topics in here were(locked) posted by n00bs that dont know how to use a search button. Also they are spamming it up in here. We need it back tot he old rule, Where you have to get Accepted into a Cheating club. And One of the admins should choose 2 or 3 active people to Be on and go through the users profile to see if it has too many warnings or bad usernotes and stuff like that. And if they are good enough to be in they can be Accepted.
Because a long time ago we used to have a Group that was only aloud in there. And that was When we had Rancid here

Not a post amount rule, I used to have hundreds, maybe thousands of posts on this forum back when I used to come here. The administrator(s) can make a user-group, and put people who deserve to post in the M&C forum in it. Post count means NOTHING.
