if its static look at http://ipredator.se/ its a vpn run by the guys from The Pirate Bay they keep no logs and everytime you connect you get a new ip (which is also good for rapidshare and such sites). at the moment you need an invite so you have to wait until they come out of beta.

if you want any penguins created. get a new email. and send me the usernames, passwords and emails and i will create them for you. use pm's

by dos i meant the command line

to open the command line you go to run and type in cmd enter,unless you have a mac, in which case i have no idea what to do(i know there is something that you could do, i just don know what). if you dont have run in area where you click the windows logo, then open notepad, type cmd, and save as cmdopener.bat, and then doubble click in it, then you have the command line open. hope this helped.

ok guys thanks, my penguin is not banned yet, so i think it may have worked!

EDIT: shoot its banned forever. what did i do wrong? unplugged my router for 30 seconds plugged it back in. my penguin i made worked for a little while, then banned forever.

did you just log in normally or did you cheat with it? While i doubt it would do anything, have you cleared your cookies?
