Which Staff Member Should Improve?

It's been a while since we've had one of these, and since we have some new moderators, I'd like to see what you guys think of them, as well as the old staff. Please post who you picked and why they need to improve.

Stardude does nothing. He needs to improove and be on at least 3 times a week.

My vote goes to Drew, but its not his fault, he's been unable to go online much but....
But on a vote not including that, Stardude.

EDIT:Thats being unfair on Drew, I would change to stardude, but can't . I should think more before doing...

I'm not going to select anyone because each every person needs to improve a bit.

Administrators:
You both need to like talk to each before doing stuff. Make plans before proceeding and making something the users will get into, and then ruining it for us. Art Contest is my first example. Even though Steven left in the middle of it. It wasn't his job to keep the place organized in the Staff Forum. He was a moderator, you guys were supposed to think, "Hey, Steven left we should take his place and continue the Art Contest". Though didn't happen. CPHQ CP Party, another fail. Andy wasn't notified about this so he went camping without telling us that he couldn't be on the computer at that time. I'm fine with you guys tying to make this place better, and I like it. Though planing is a great start off, but ending it is the problem you are having.

Moderators.
Billybob1234, is doing a great job. Though what's happening to him, has happened to me in phpBB, and I remember this is what ruined moderating for me. Which is how he gets all the work to do, and Stardude is slacking. If Billybob does everything, then he is going to get bored. That means there needs to be another moderator, to share the work that needs to be on. This place seems dead, but there is still stuff to take of. You just got to look around, don't just depend on reports all the time.

I voted to Drew because as Administrator he must at least stay 'Alive' (I know he was online yesterday) and Stardude too.
