does anybody know how you create an advanced form like microchip123 does? can somebody please leave a comment explaining how to do it

What do you mean by "form". As in a text field where you type in your information in to? If so, this belongs in HTML, the subforum.

i mean the "advanced" option you can click on and you can either load and swf, show variable, or edit variable. you know what im talking about now?

Forms aren't just for HTML, they're used in Visual Basic and plethoras of other programming languages/programs that support GUIs.
