From this tutorial you will learn how to make a simple buttons for your website, or anything in Photoshop.

First step is to create a new document. (I used 190x76 for the size.)

Second step is to select the rounded rectangle tool and make a rectangle:

Next step is to Rasterize the layer. You can do this by right clicking the layer in the layers box:

Then right click the layer in the layers box again and click Blending Options. Then go to Gradient Overlay. Now you can pick and gradients you like and you can choose your own colors by clicking the box next to where it says Gradient. I chose Dark Red and Red.:

After that go to Inner Glow and apply these settings:

Then go to Stroke and apply these settings. The color of the stroke depends on what gradient colors you choose. If you chose blue, then put a dark blue stroke:

Next go to Outer Glow and apply these settings:

Then go to Inner Shadow and apply these settings:

Now click OK and it should look like this:

You can add a little shine to it to make it look better. Here are the final results:

This is just one of the ways to make a simple button in Photoshop.
