Freaky Faces (Paint.NET)

I was messing around with Paint.Net and I found this cool way to make a really freaky face design.

Step 1
Open Paint.Net and make a canvas size 800,800. Then make a boarder with the shape tool (I recommend you use the curved rectangle shape).

Then make any sort of cool design inside the boarder anything ugly or weird this is what will make the face freaky.

Step 2
Now click on the effects bar at the top, then click on the distort button.


Step 3
Choose the twist... option is the distort tab. Then a window should open and your picture will be twisted.

In your window you should see a pic of your page and the shape that you made.

Step 4
Next to the pic in the window you should see 2 bars and 2 boxes. Change the box at the top to, -0.29 and the box at the bottom to, -0.22.
Then change the quality bar to maximum.
Then press ok.

You should get a freaky face which looks like this.^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Step 5
Now you can add some extra effects to make it look really freaky like weird eyes or weird hair.
Your Final Result should look cool like this.
