Quick messy shine (PdN)

well, heres a way to make a shine im like 2 seconds, using only 1 layer good if your in a rush, but its not good quality,
STEP 1:
take your image:


STEP 2
select the part of the image you want with the eclipse tool:


STEP 3
go to adjstments--->brightness/contrast and add more brightness depending on how much shine you want


STEP 4
deselect and your done:


again i dont suggest using this to much because its alittle messy
