Step 1
Transparent Beggining

Open up Paint.NET and click on the Gradient tool. Then change from color mode to transparency mode. Lastly click on the magic wand tool, then click on the page after that press delete on your keyboard.

Step 2
Inside Design

Get any shape tool and change the brush width to 4 or 5 thenmake a boarder which is wide but not really high. Now click on the paint bucket and choose a design by clicking on the arrow next to the "solid color". Before you fill in the boarder choose your line colour by choosing a color in primary mode. Then choose the color that you want in the inside of the lines by choosing in the secondary mode. Then you are free to fill in your boarder.

Step 3
Putting Images Into Siggy

First get an image from a search engine or take a photo of it in your computer. Then open it or paste it on a new page in Paint.NET. Then crop the image using magic wand. Press Ctrl(Control)+C, which copys the cropped part of the pic then past it on the sig page and put it in the boarder. Also if it is too big shrink it. You can put as many images as you want as long as it fits in and you can see all the images.

Step 4
Cool Texts

Save your pic as png. Then open up Adobe Photoshop, and open the sig you made. Then choose a color and then Click on the text tool and type in your penguin name or something else you want written on your sig, after that click on the cursor icon tool next on the right of the font tool.Then right click on the Layer named as the text you put in the sig and then click on blending options. After that a window should open with some things to imrove your text with on the left side of the window. So now you can put drop shadows and even get a cool texture on your font using this window. Then save it again by pressing save as and saving it as png.
