If you wanne earn belts you have to play card jitsu competition for a long time and the lower the belt is the faster you can earn it (just try to win in every competition and don't sign off untill sensei gives you a belt)

Hello i would be happy to help. To get belts you just have to keep playing on the mats. Or if you want to get them faster go to the Sensei and play on competition mode. He will choose an opponent for you. I really hoped i helped.

No, he's not spamming. He's just helping somebody with Club Penguin, while you might consider it as newby, it's not spam.
However, you telling him he's spamming and ranting about how annoying he is, is spam.
