This is annoying when the most simplest of things isnt figured out lol

Ok to get a belt you have to speak to sensai wich sits on the green pillow, under the shrine.
He will tell you the idea and how to play card jutsu, than he will ask you are you ready to play, after you win about 5 matches he boosts your belts up.
Over time, you become a black belt you have more of a chance of beating him.
Once you do that, he will give you the ninja mask, you will need membership to be invisable.

OK, First to get your Deck;

Go to the Sensei then talk to him

Keep talking to him (I know it's annoying, but he tells you how to play the game) then he should give you the starter deck.

Once you have the starter deck, you can now play other penguins.
